Led by Tom & Sally Camm, Meet The Cheesemaker Series and Chocolate & Cocktails are classes that will better acquaint you with handcrafted, small batch produced foods while providing useful tips for your own entertaining. Artisan Food Store will host Meet The Cheesemaker, on January 20th , featuring Paul Trubey from Beltane Farm in Lebanon, CT. The Artisan Cheese Plate, custom made for us by local potter, Brother Iain Highet,
is available online and at the Artisan Food Store. Countless people have remarked
on the attractiveness of these plates at our tastings and how well they "show off" the farmstead cheeses we feature. We are partnering with the Brookfield Craft Center in Brookfield CT in developing our line of handcrafted tableware. We
currently have cutting boards, knives and a lovely colection of functional
pottery made by local artisans on display and for purchase at the Artisan Food
Store. These are wonderful gifts for family, friends and colleagues and complement our artisan made foods!
