Meet cheesemaker Paul Trubey from Beltane Farm in Lebanon, CT. Paul will
talk about his award winning goats' milk cheeses, his process of making
cheese and his selection of Oberhasli and La Mancha Goats. Certified
Sommelier Sally Camm will pair Paul's cheeses with a lovely selection of wines from around the world. Partnering with Nutmeg Wine & Spirits, this 1 1/2 hr class will feature cheeses and complementary wines for discussion and enjoyment. Timberdoodle and Humble Pie. Learn about their cheesemaking

American Television Company chronicles the travels and research of Sister Noella Marcellino. Cheesemaker, Fulbright scholar, and Ph.D in Microbiology
from the University of Connecticut. Sister Noella's study of the
microorganisms that grow on traditionally made cheeses opens up
a whole new world for cheesemakers, researchers and cheese enthusiasts alike.
